Additional Notes

  1. Scratches and wear on the box are not covered by the warranty.
  2. The default warranty period for unspecified parts is 3 months, excluding human factors.
  3. Failures caused by the user's use, maintenance, and adjustment not in accordance with the "Instruction Manual" are not covered by the warranty.
  4. Failures caused by improper storage or accidents are not covered by the warranty.
  5. If there is no warranty card and the invoice or ticket does not match the items, it is not covered by the warranty.
  6. Damage caused by riding in the rain or soaking in water is not covered by the warranty.
  7. Damage to the battery caused by water ingress is not covered by the warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

During the warranty period, MotorisedSuitcase will replace the same or similar products free of charge if the original manufacturing materials or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective. Products and parts replaced under this warranty will become the property of MotorisedSuitcase and will not be returned to you. If the product and/or parts require repair after the warranty period has expired, you must pay all labor and parts costs. If you sell or otherwise transfer the product, the warranty will terminate.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Products that have been lost or stolen
  3. Items that are out of warranty
  4. Non-quality related issues (30 days after purchase)
  5. Third-party repairs
  6. Damage from external sources
  7. Damage caused by improper use of the product (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water ingress, equipment mishandling)
  8. Non-authorised dealer purchases

How do I apply for warranty?

If you have a product quality issue within the warranty period, you can email us at support@motorisedsuitcase.com with your order number and product model number and we will contact you.
